Me and Gilly in the BBC Radio Lancashire studio.

BBC Radio Lancashire with Gilly

I was invited onto the afternoon show on BBC Radio Lancashire with John ‘Gilly’ Gillmore, as they were doing a feature on calendars.

So I jumped at the chance and headed over to the BBC Radio Lancashire studios in Blackburn.

He was really keen on the calendar and was great to have the chance to speak about it on radio.

You can listen again on the BBC Lancashire Website for the next week or so.

Calendar now available in shops

November 9th, 2008

The limited edition Scout Moor Wind Farm Calendar is now available in shops and businesses throughout Rossendale and Rochdale.

Granelli’s Takeaway Van over Owd Betts is the latest business to stock the 2009 calendar.  It was very well received and they were pleased to be selling it and thought it was a great souvenir of the wind farm.

The van is located by Ashworth Reservoir, near to Owd Betts pub and is a welcome site for walkers ready for a nice warm brew!

Thanks to everyone who is supporting the calendar.  Where to Buy the Scout Moor Wind Farm Calendar.

855939_ff32ee20-300x225 Great response already to Scout Moor Wind Farm CalendarThe response so far has been great for the limited edition Scout Moor Wind Farm Calendar.

Orders have come in from Oxford, Devon and even as far as France, since going live earlier this week.  Interest in the calendar has spread throughout the internet, with a number of online news sites and forums picking up on it.

It was featured on Rochdale Online yesterday and is set to be featured in the Lancashire Telegraph.  I’m also really pleased to hear that BBC Lancashire are also interested in seeing the calendar.

Thanks for everyone’s support and especially to those who have bought a calendar already.
